With the Auto Transcribe Companion, creating custom formatted documents from a normal dictation is a breeze!

First, a provider dictates a patient encounter into a digital recorder. The recording is transcribed by Dragon Medical via “Auto-Transcribe”. The Auto Transcribe Companion then uniquely integrates the commands from the provider profile to the output from Auto-Transcribe, producing a formatted, command rich document ready for editing through an efficient automated process.

With the Auto-Transcribe Companion, you can produce custom formatted documents with letterheads and signatures. Automatically create documents that can be directly imported into your EHR!

ATC Features:

Turn Audio Files into formatted text documents.
Licensing is done by profile, per provider that will use the system.
Import the output from ATC directly into your EHR.

The Auto Transcribe Companion program requires the Microsoft .NET Framework. The system requirements are:

Supported Operating Systems: Windows Server 2003; Windows Server 2008; Windows Vista; Windows XP.
Processor: 400 MHz Pentium processor or equivalent (Minimum); 1GHz Pentium processor or equivalent (Recommended) Faster processors will yield faster performance.
RAM:96 MB (Minimum); 256 MB (Recommended).
Hard Disk: Up to 500 MB of available space may be required.
CD or DVD Drive: Not required.
Display: 800 x 600, 256 colors (Minimum); 1024 x 768 high color, 32-bit (Recommended).
