Having knowledgeable in-house personnel is critical to a successful practice management and electronic medical record implementation.  Every person in your practice, from the front office to the physician needs first-hand knowledge of the software in order to perform his or her job functions.  M.I.S.T. will create job-specific training programs designed to maximize efficient use of the software and train your staff with measurable results.

M.I.S.T. will also design for your practice a training program aimed at certifying in-house “experts”.  Having in-house experts will go a long way to provide satisfaction for your practice with front-line support for your staff, long lasting and consistent service, and better enable your practice to stay current with new software releases, maintenance, and upgrades.

M.I.S.T. also provides custom “hands-on workshops”.  Whether you are interested in the functionality and features of a new software release, or if you would like training on specific unused functionality, we can put together for you an innovative workshop to suit your needs.
